I'm an open-minded designer with a cheerful outlook with a strong passion towards colorful design. I believe good design should be exciting and color is a great way to add excitement to a design.

I am in my second year of my Graphic Design degree at Arts University Bournemouth. I'm proficient in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign and Aftereffects. I have recently undertaken an exciting live brief with the Hauser and Wirth Gallery in Somerset. I worked on designing and developing a new wayfinding system that led gallery visitors around the local historical sites, before guiding them to the gallery. The aim of this project was to bring a spotlight to the town and its local treasures. I normally enjoy more traditional print design but also found learning HTML and CSS for this website extremely enjoyable.

My favorite part of a project is when I can get out my sketch book and start visualizing possible solutions. I enjoy blending physical and digital elements to create more unique and bespoke design. A perfect example of this is the water color logo that I created for the link self-esteem toolkit. My strengths come from my enjoyment of solving problems and making specific adjustments whilst working alongside other creatives, exploring ideas to achieve the perfect outcome. Im patientnt with my design, continuously re-working it till it is “right” for the project.

My creativity continues outside of university, as I enjoy painting, making zines and am constantly doodling in my sketchbook. In 2020, one of my paintings was displayed at the Royal Acadamy of Art in London as part of The RA Young Artist Summer Show. I was ecstatic at the thought Having my work displayed in the RA and it being appreciated by random passersby. I also enjoy swimming and will occasionally take a dip at Bournemouth beach if I am feeling brave.

I am keen to gain industry insight and get the feel of a studio environment, if this sounds like something you can offer, please get in touch.

Bye for now!
